Plaque buildup is a result of the interaction between the bacteria in the mouth and the sugars and starches from food, and if not removed regularly, it can harden into tartar.
Swishing your mouth for 2-5 min daily with Guru Nanda’s 7 Essential Oils and Vitamins will effectively remove the plaque from your mouth and prevent its recurrence, leading to a fresher mouth feel.
- Restore your bright smile
No one likes yellow teeth. They can be enough to put some people off smiling and impact one’s self-esteem.
Tooth discoloration is due to the regular consumption of certain foods and beverages that can gradually stain tooth enamel, leading to yellowing over time.
Oil pulling helps reduce yellow teeth by removing plaque, bacteria, and gently whitening teeth, resulting in a brighter smile over time.
- No more gum bleeding
If your gum bleeds when brushing your teeth, it may indicate that you are in the early stage of a gum disease called Gingivitis, primarily caused by plaque buildup along the gumline.
If left untreated it can progress into periodontitis, a more severe form of gum disease, which leads to gum recession, tooth loss, and bone loss.
The GuruNanda’s Pulling oil not only eliminates plaque buildup (primary cause of Gingivitis) but also contains Vitamin D3, E, and K2 which play important roles in reducing gum inflammation and promoting gum tissue healing.
